THE BRIAFIT COMPLETE WORKOUT

This fabulous 1 hour adult fitness class includes:
20 minu
tes of exciting dance routines to increase your heart rate in order to burn fat; 20 minutes of toning exercises to strengthen muscles; and 20 minutes of stretching with breathing techniques to relax and reduce stress.  Dance routines and fitness movements can be modified to meet the needs of all ages and levels.
 

DANCE CLASSES

All age groups & skill sets will benefit from dancing.  Adult classes & classes for children are offered. Dance genres include ballet, modern, jazz & hip hop. Each
1 hour dance class will include:
Warm up ~ Technique ~ Choreography ~
Dance games (children only) ~ Cool down.
In addition, each class will teach dance etiquette, terminology and
 programs will conclude with a performance to express creativity & prepare for a professional career in the arts if that's the goal.

THE BRIAFIT METHOD

 This 1 hour stretch class will help elongate and loosen stiff muscles which will
increase range of motion. 
 The movements in this class will help relax the mind while lengthening & strengthening the body.
While executing movements, we will focus on breathing techniques and listen to the sound of melodic, soulful music.  This method was created for seniors but all adults will benefit from class participation.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training sessions are designed to help you reach your fitness goals with customized exercise programs
personalized for you! With our team of certified personal trainers, you will have the training and guidance you need to reach your fitness goals and live a healthier lifestyle.  One on one and small group sessions are offered.



 

CHOREOGRAPHY & PERFORMANCE

Bria Murphy & the BriaFit Team provide a variety of artistic and fitness related services including:
Specialized Dance Classes for Birthday
Parties ~  Create choreography for concerts, weddings, fashion shows, award 
shows, etc. ~ Professional dancer to perform for and/or assist companies ~ Dance intensives ~ Weight loss
challenges & other wellness events. 



 

WELLNESS WORKSHOPS & PERFORMANCES

These programs will utilize a three-fold approach to meet the needs of women and children of all ages. Classes will share information to improve health & quality
of life. Workshops will give participants an opportunity to gain information from a diverse group of artists and educators. Performances will unify the community through positive showcases of dance, music, poetry, art, etc
