Bria Murphy is a professional dancer, teacher and American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Weight Management Specialist.  Bria merges dance, fitness, and wellness techniques she’s obtained while training, performing, and teaching to create and provide a variety of effective services (virtual and in person) including:
