YOUTH RENEWED WORKOUT PROGRAM
This 3 class series will benefit women of all ages and skill sets. Classes have been developed with a focus to prevent and combat physical and emotional challenges that are often experienced during perimenopause, menopause, and post menopause. Classes include a warm-up, kegels, toning exercises, stretching, deep breathing, and meditation. Go to Home Page to purchase.
MOVEMENT & MOTIVATION MONDAYS
This empowering 45-minute virtual workout class is designed to help all ages and skill levels. Each class includes 30 minutes of dance movements and exercises that can be modified as needed, followed by 15 minutes of stretching with deep breathing techniques while listening to gospel and motivational music. Participating in these 7am CST classes will help you start your week feeling rejuvenated, confident, and inspired to achieve your goals. DANCE FITNESS FRIDAYS
This fun, virtual class is The BriaFit Complete 1-Hour Workout in the comfort of your home. Join Bria on Friday mornings at 7am CST for 20 minutes of exciting dance routines to increase your heart rate in order to burn fat; 20 minutes of toning exercises to strengthen muscles; and 20 minutes of stretching with breathing techniques to relax and reduce stress. THE BRIAFIT COMPLETE WORKOUT
This fabulous 1 hour adult fitness class includes:
20 minutes of exciting dance routines to increase your heart rate in order to burn fat; 20 minutes of toning exercises to strengthen muscles; and 20 minutes of stretching with breathing techniques to relax and reduce stress. THE BRIAFIT METHOD
This 1 hour stretch class will help elongate and loosen stiff muscles which will
increase range of motion. The movements in this class will help relax the mind while lengthening & strengthening the body.
While executing movements, we will focus on breathing techniques and listen to the sound of melodic, soulful music. This method was created for seniors but all adults will benefit from class participation. Email info@briafit.com for additional information.
DANCE CLASSES
All age groups & skill sets will benefit from dancing. Adult classes & classes for children are offered. Dance genres include ballet, modern, jazz & hip hop. Each
1 hour dance class will include:
Warm up ~ Technique ~ Choreography ~
Dance games (children only) ~ Cool down.

WELLNESS WORKSHOPS & PERFORMANCES
These programs will utilize a three-fold approach to meet the needs of women and children of all ages. Classes will share information to improve health & quality
